Gaz units are provided with an on car multi point adjustment facility that alters bump and rebound settings on a pre set ratio i.e. 3-1, 2-1 etc by a single control knob on the side of the unit. The struts and inserts in the road range are fitted with a top adjuster that alters rebound settings only but the bump setting can be altered for various motorsport use i.e. drag racing, track day or race use at the point of order.
Classic and historic car applications can be made with a variety of end fittings i.e. spherical bearings, metalastic or polyurethane bushes to suit most vehicles. These units can be plated black on request for a more period look. Valving can be adjusted for motor sport applications.
All units are fitted with multiple seal systems to ensure greater durability. The piston rods are induction hardened and hard chrome plated to resist dirt and stone damage. All the bodies are zinc plated to help protect the units from corrosion.
Gaz units are all fully serviceable to ensure a longer service life and can be re-valved offering customers various ride control characteristics for development programmes in the road, kit car market and motor sport industry.
All road units carry a full two year warranty. DT Motorsport are fully backed and supported by the GAZ Shocks factory for the fitting of GAZ Shocks.
